When I was a young Mormon girl, I had to wear shorts down to my knees and shirts that covered my shoulders. The most common reason given was that if a guy saw too much of a woman's body, he wouldn't be able to control himself - and this standard was enforced even when there were only women
Yet the boys could play basketball with no shirts and no repercussions, because it was assumed that the girls could control themselves and that they were also not viewing boys with the same level of intensity.

In what ways have you been expected, as female or feminine person, to have a smaller or less important sexual appetite? How has societal pressure forced you focus your sexuality on serving the male or masculine? These are just some of the questions I'd like to ask our teachers & students in this documentary about finding a part of one's identity through burlesque.

We've got a long ways to go if this project is going to become a reality - tshirts & pasties just added as fun rewards for your contributions.

It's a HUGE goal - so please consider throwing in a couple bucks or sharing the link to make this project a reality.
