If you're me, part of your process of developing an act consists of running it many many many times under different circumstances and working out all of the kinks. I don't like to set a whole act "in stone" during rehearsal and bring it to the stage as a so-called "completed" act, because workshopping is where I believe the magic happens.

I love finding all the nooks and crannies of an act, and nothing helps you find that quicker than a responsive (or non-responsive, as the case may be!) audience. Here's an act that has gone through several incarnations over the years, and one I can finally stamp with the word "finished" because I'm confident that under *any circumstances*, I can deliver an incredible performance of this piece.

Now...THAT is a great feeling!
